CFS provides support to customers that have completed our MEGAnet training, which includes network design methodology, configuration and project specification guidance. This service includes technical support of complex environments, from design to implementation, delivered at global standards.
Packaging and Logistic Services
As an organisation with extensive telecommunications knowledge, we understand the importance of project planning to ensure seamless installations. Timeous installations are achieved by using our pre-assembly service to customer specifications, which also results in minimising transportation costs.
With our dedicated fleet and partnerships with transport service providers, we ship ex-stock products within 24 hours of order confirmation, both locally and internationally.
Installer Program
Customers are encouraged to join our installer programme. The programme focuses on building the installer’s ability to sell and design a network solution. This support ranges from joint end-user visits and presentations to the formulation of project specifications and bill of material.
Warranties
There is a growing and continued need in the industry for information technology systems to perform to international standards. Assurance is therefore needed in order to warrant performance over a 25 year/lifespan, with minimum downtime. MEGAnet as a quality, cost effective complete network solution, offers a peace of mind 25 year MEGAwarranty. This allows for installation of a MEGAnet premium solution with no additional warranty cost. To certify any sites as a “MEGAwarranty site”, it is compulsory to be registered as a MEGAinstaller.
Consultancy
MEGAnet focuses on building the installer’s ability to sell and design a network solution. This support ranges from joint end-user visits and presentations to the preparation of project specifications and bill of materials. Should specialist consultants for specific disciplines be a necessity, it can be co-ordinated.

Keeping your edge can be difficult when technology and standards are constantly changing. MEGAinstallers can keep abreast with the fast paced networking industry by attending our certified MEGAnet course in system design and installation.
Delivery
We undertake to ship ex-stock products within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, on large quantities and international orders we issue an estimate of time required. Our logistics experience together with reputable transport companies and overnight courier services have earned us customers countrywide and abroad.
Customised Materials & Packing
Our experience in distribution, affords us the skill to package according to various industry standards, or as per customers request minimise transport costs or installation time. We supply materials as per customer specification including our copper and optical fibre cable cutting facilities.
